All guest books are handmade to order so please allow 10-14 working days for your order to be dispatched.
If you require an item sooner please contact us before you place your order , we will do our best to help.
Your order will be sent first class royal mail, bubble wrapped and sent in a padded envelope.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.
We do not accept returns once an item has been personalised.
Handcrafted Guest Books reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.
UK postage starts at £2.95 per order. Orders over £26 will be charged at £3.95.
We only accept payment from debit and credit cards through paypal, you do not need to have a paypal account to use this method of payment.
As all items are personalised and handmade to order we cannot accept returns - unless there is an error on our behalf. In this instance we will either refund, replace or correct the error - (typographical errors provided by the customer does not constitute an error on our part).
Ensure all details are correct when leaving personalisation details. If a mistake is made by you this can be rectified but will incur a small charge. If a mistake is made by us this will be rectified free of charge.
