Delivery

All guest books are handmade to order so please allow 14 working days for your order to be dispatched (unless otherwise agreed in advance).

If you require an item sooner please contact us before you place your order , we will do our best to help.

Your order will be sent first class royal mail, bubble wrapped and sent in a padded envelope.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email.

We do not accept returns on personalised items and cannot accept responsibility for any loss damage during transit.

Deliveries only to the UK and Ireland.

Returns

As all items are personalised and handmade to order we cannot accept returns - unless there is an error on our behalf. In this instance we will either refund, replace or correct the error - (typographical errors provided by the customer does not constitute an error on our part).

Ensure all details are correct when leaving personalisation details. If a mistake is made by you this can be rectified but will incur a small charge. If a mistake is made by us this will be rectified free of charge.
